We have all heard of or tried cheeses such as mozzarella, parmesan, gouda… but Belgrader is something of its own.

The idea of Belgrader was born in the early 2000s, when it was not possible to find high-quality cheese like the ones mentioned above in our local markets.

Trained by old Dutch cheese masters, commercial diver by profession, Milan Stojilković started this as a hobby, which he later turned into a full-scale production.

Many liters of milk and a lot of hard work went into trying to achieve the taste of Dutch gouda—but without success…

Instead, a different, unique cheese was created – Belgrader.

Now, following the traditional Dutch gouda recipe, using fresh domestic milk and the persistence of a craftsman from Čurug, enriched with a touch of Italian aroma – Belgrader is born, a cheese with a unique character.
